Spinning®
Look to burn anywhere from 400-1000 calories in our 45-60 minute ride. The ride is intense but anyone is capable of completing the ride. We welcome beginners, hard-core cyclist, and everyone in-between.
Our goal at NO LIMITS Sports and Fitness Academy, is the utilize the entire body on the bike, bringing the Spinning® experience to a whole new training level. 45 minutes with our coaches is all it will take to free your mind and challenge your body. Our training sessions will give you such a NATURAL HIGH that you will keep coming back for more.
Class Descriptions
Strength Ride- Strength uses low cadence and high resistance (climbing) to build muscular strength and endurance.
Interval Ride- Interval focuses on anaerobic training.
Endurance Ride- Endurance is designed to help students build a strong aerobic base.
Race Day- Race Day simulates an intense "race" environment, allowing students to monitor training and gauge improvements in fitness.
Recovery- Recovery allows students to experience "active" recovery in the context of a periodization schedule.
Beginners Class- introduction
class designed specifically for new participants. Class is 30 minutes
long and covers bike set-up, safety and core movements. Gel seat will
be provided for new comers.
