Group Rides

NO LIMITS Sports and Fitness Academy will offer weekly group rides along with various social events for new riders. Our goal is to help new riders ride safely, efficiently, and comfortably and have a little fun on the bike while they're at it. Our road training begins with slow, casual, social rides leaving the Long Beach Marina at 7:30 am on Sundays. These are friendly, easy rides that emphasize group riding skills such as drafting, pace lines, and rotations. If you've never ridden with a pack before, these rides offer newcomers an excellent opportunity to watch and learn from more experienced veterans. Don't worry about keeping up - anyone can enjoy these rides.

Helmets are mandatory for all rides, and it is recommended that you have a road bike. Also, even if you don’t know how to fix a flat tire, please bring a spare tube that fits your bike!  Someone else on the ride will know how to change the tube.  Other things you should bring:  a set of Allen keys(hex wrenches), a set of tire irons made of plastic that help you get the tire off the wheel rim, at least one water bottle and some money and identification.

Ride Location
Our Sunday ride leaves from the Long Beach Marina parking lot on the corner of 2nd Street and Marina Drive.
Our Thursday night rides takes place at Hughes Parkway in Long Beach off the 405/710 freeway

Wednesday Night at 6:30-8:30 PM
Thursday Night @ 7:45-8:30 PM
Saturday Morning @ 7:30 AM
Sunday Morning @ 7:30 AM
